John Guest 12mm PF Single Check Valve was developed at the request of major beverage dispenser manufacturers to guard against flow reversal. Because of its low headloss design and simplicity of installation, the valve is a great option. The valve can only be used with liquids; it won't work in an atmosphere or a vacuum, for example.
