Permanently fix the receiver out of sight in a cupboard or draw. This is handy where space is an issue or simply to ensure that the box is safely secured. Setup is straightforward, plug the cord into the 3.5mm jack on the back of the set top box. The IR sensor on the other end has double sided tape to attach wherever appropriate. Once you've found your best spot (usually near or on the corner of the TV) you will have full control of the receiver via remote control without the need for direct line of sight. Especially useful in caravans where the TV rotates to be viewed from 2 locations such as the lounge or bed.
