Caravan Service & Repair Technician

About Us

We have two dealerships with our first opening in Albury Wodonga 8 years ago, and Hume opening in early 2023.  With an ever-expanding team, we need more Service & Repair Technicians.

Qualifications & experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant trades, but not essential
  • Forklift license advantageous, but not essential
  • Drivers license


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Mechanical services on new and used caravans
  • Advanced modifications on new and used caravans including re-sheets, accessory fitting, timber replacement, water leak diagnostics and window replacements
  • Understand 12v systems and be able to diagnose and troubleshoot where a potential problem may be including external and internal lights
  • Adequality describe work completed in defined detail
  • Fitment of accessories
  • Ensure completion of all paperwork
  • Always ensure appropriate and respectful workplace behaviour, and promote a working environment that is free from discrimination, bullying, and harassment
  • Complete any other duties within your area of skills and expertise, as required by your manager.
  • General housekeeping including, but not limited to, keeping the workshop and driveway areas clean and tidy.

RV Sales Consultant

About us

Locally owned and operated, known for our professional and customer service-driven approach with over 8 years in business. Now with 2 prestigious dealerships, you will find us in both Wodonga and Canberra. Our products include new and used Motorhomes, Caravans, and Camper Trailers. Due to rapid expansion, RV World provides excellent customer service and requires an enthusiastic team member to join us and be rewarded accordingly.

Qualifications & experience

  • Proven sales experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Full driver’s license
  • Police check – or willing to obtain
  • Forklift license advantageous however not essential

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Customer liaison and sales both in the yard and over the phone
  • Follow-up leads
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Coordinate handovers with Sales Manager
  • Carry out handovers with customers
